Notts Fixtures Confirmed

Notts County will face Dover Athletic in the National League season opener on Saturday 3rd October 2020 after the fixture schedule was confirmed for the upcoming 2020/21 season.

The Magpies will face a tough trip to Kent on the opening day before hosting Altrincham three days later at Meadow Lane.

Neal Ardley’s side will travel to Kings Lynn on Boxing Day and will host the newly promoted Linnets in a return match on January 2nd whilst the big derby games against Chesterfield will be played on 21st November at the Proact and 20th February in Nottingham.

The last match of the league season is scheduled for 29th May 2021 where Notts will travel to Bromley. The full Magpies fixtures are available here in order.

First, however Notts must end their 2019/20 campaign starting with an FA Trophy semi-final against Harrogate Town. Both teams will battle it out on Thursday 17th September with a trip to Wembley on Sunday 27th September for the winners where either Notts or Harrogate will face underdogs Concord Rangers who beat Halesowen in their semi final at the weekend.

The semi-final match verses Harrogate will offer Notts the chance for immediate redemption against a side that beat them in the Playoff final at Wembley last month to reach the football league for the first time. Whilst Harrogate’s season has already started with a Carabao Cup match at Tranmere, Notts are still in pre-season having started September off with a 2-0 win at Ilkeston on Saturday thanks to two goals from Kyle Wootton.
