NSL Preview: Southwell Aim For Top Spot

In the Samba Nottinghamshire Senior League, supported by Euro Soccer Company, Southwell City will be able to move into top spot in the Premier Division with a win away Wollaton.  Woodthorpe Park Rangers, winners over current league leaders Bingham Town last weekend, will be looking to capitalise on any slips by Southwell and try and take second place for themselves, as they head to The Strand to take on Attenborough.  Likewise AFC Dunkirk as they welcome Sandiacre Town to the Ron Steel Sports Ground.

After losing their unbeaten record last week, Burton Joyce will be looking to get back to winning ways on their trip to the Forest Sports Zone where they play FC Cavaliers.  Keyworth United make the short trip to Woodview to take on Cotgrave.

Calverton Miners Welfare will be without the suspended James Davis as they entertain Aslockton & Orston at Hollinwood Lane while Stapleford Town hope to be in action for only the third time since the end of October as they visit the Shilo home of Awsworth Villa.

Magdala Amateurs host Bilborough Town at Roko.

In Division One, leaders AFC Top Valley entertain Kimberley Miners Welfare Reserves at Eagle Valley.

Having been knocked out of two cup competitions on their home patch by Ruddington Village this season, Ravenshead will be looking to exact their revenge as they welcome them to Cornwater once again.   Chris Bovey, Ryan Faulconbridge and Rhys McGrath return for the Reds but Paul Smith misses out.

Radcliffe Olympic meet Wollaton Reserves at Gresham Sports Park while Radford Reserves head to Leyton Crescent to take on Beeston.

In Division Two, it’s second versus first as Keyworth United Reserves host United Grays at Platt Lane.  Third placed Ruddington Village Reserves welcome Bilborough Town Community to Elms Park.
