Nottingham Host Bedford At The Bay

Nottingham RFU are at home against Bedford Blues in the Greene King IPA Championship on Sunday and Coach Neil Fowkes makes two changes to the side that lost in Jersey last weekend.

Bedford are currently second bottom of the table with one win from five and after three successive defeats the Green and Whites will be looking to bounce back with victory at what is likely to be a wet Lady Bay.

Nottingham currently lie in seventh place in the table and replace Kyran Bungaroo with Jack Spittle on the wing whilst front row Billy Walker is replaced by Oisin Heffernan.

The Coach impressed with how his side have trained following defeat on Saturday stated ““The boys have trained really hard this week as they always do. This group are hard working men and they come to work every day ready to go.”

“They’ve trained really hard in some difficult conditions; we’re hoping that the weather picks up going in to the weekend. They’re ready and raring to go.”
