Panthers Hoping For Ghouls
Nottingham Panthers are asking fans to make tonight’s Elite League game against Dundee Stars a scare fest as they urge supporters to dress up for Halloween at the Motorpoint Arena.
After a dramatic first home league win of the season against Fife Flyers on Saturday the Panthers are looking to again ‘bring out the roar’ with Head Coach Tim Wallace stating after captain Sam Herr’s winning goal “I’ve not heard the crowd that loud since I’ve been here”. The Panthers support will provide an important backdrop again as the team bids to climb up the Elite League table tonight and into playoff contention.
Opponents the Stars lie 9th having won three from twelve and with the Panthers in 7th winning one more match than Dundee a win will take Nottingham away from their rivals but defeat could see the two sides level on points by the end of the night.
Tim Wallace positive on recent performances said “if we play our game and play our way and are focussed from the start we should have a positive outcome”.
Tickets are still available with a prize on offer for the best dressed fan of the night.
Prices are from £5 for children and £6 for teens.
